What are the minimum requirements for applicants to the ESES Master Programs?

(0 votes)

The entry requirements for the Master's program in Solar Energy Engineering are:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, energy, engineering physics) or equivalent of at least 180 ECTS credits (3 years full-time study), or an equivalent degree.
  • English proficiency as demonstrated through approved previous studies or internationally recognized test. More information on how to fulfill these requirements can be found here.

Typically students that have previously studied Mechanical, Electrical or Energy Engineering are good candidates for the Solar Energy Engineering Program. However we have admitted students with other academic and professional backgrounds. In some instances, students may demonstrate English proficiency without taking a TOEFL or IELTS test. Please see University Admissions' information on English language requirements for more information. Specifically the information under "previous studies" may apply to you.

If you have questions about these entry requirements or if you are unsure whether or not you are eligible for the program, please contact Program Director Frank Fiedler This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
